Stabenow Welcomes Montford Point Marines to Capitol

Senator Stabenow joined the Michigan members of the Montford Point Marines, the country's first African American Marines, at their Congressional Gold Medal Ceremony on Wednesday, June 27. The Marines served during World War II and the Korean War, and were awarded with the country's highest civilian honor during the ceremony.
