Senator Stabenow Statement on MSU FRIB

U.S. Senator Debbie Stabenow today issued the following statement regarding Michigan State University's (MSU) Facility for Rare Isotope Beams.
"A few weeks ago the possibility was raised that all funding could be pulled for this new hi-tech facility, and since then I've been working to make clear how critical this project-and the thousands of jobs it would create- is to Michigan and the country. So I'm glad the President's budget includes funding for the facility, but I will continue working to ensure the project receives the full funding needed to effectively move forward."
